LAYBY - Instalment Plan Option

LAYBY is NOT a Discount, it is a way to help families budget when planning ahead for Christmas, birthdays or other celebrations. 

Offered as a service, reserving available items now, and spreading the cost over a number of instalments. 20% of your order is due immediately as a deposit, with the remainder due within 4 months of the date of your order. 

Your items will be held for you until fully paid, and then as soon as full payment is received and confirmed, your order will be sent to you.

If the original LAYBY amount is above the FREE Freight threshold, or would entitle you to a Sale discount, these may appear to 'disappear' when the LAYBY code is used. This is due to the Deposit being below these thresholds - rest assured, we will pick this up when your invoice is issued for the remainder of the order - find the full details here 

AfterPay

With AfterPay there are no fees or charges for you as our customer and the option allows you to purchase your order and have it delivered immediately while you pay it off over fortnightly instalments. 

How does AfterPay work?

Afterpay is fully integrated with Oskar's Wooden Ark online checkout. All you need to do is choose Afterpay as your payment option when you’re ready to buy. Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Store Credits

Store Credits are our new and improved way of paying for your orders. They are available for eligible customers, where instead of issuing manual discount codes, any applicable credit will now be added directly to your customer account.

If you have Store Credit available, it will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout - no need to remember or enter a code.

Please note:

  1. Store Credits cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
  2. Store Credits are not redeemable for cash, or transferable to another account or email address
  3. You can view your available Store Credit anytime by logging into your account and visiting the 'Account' page. This will show you your total Store Credit available as well as any Store Credit that might have an expiry date.
