We are an Australian company based in Adelaide. The vast majority of all domestic orders are dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse via Australia Post, with signature required on delivery.
We currently provide international shipping to selected countries (New Zealand; United States; Canada, Singapore & South Korea) using Australia Post. Some brands and products are unavailable for overseas shipping.
We work hard to dispatch all orders received by 1pm, on the same or next available business day. In peak periods, orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.
- Free postage for domestic orders over $150
- Flat rate postage $10 for domestic orders less than $150
- Signature required on delivery (Authority to Leave available on request)
Depending on the area you live we will use different couriers based on our experience for our deliveries. When your parcel is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Once despatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note, that estimated delivery times can vary based on where you live and particularly over peak seasons such as Christmas. Each of our carriers has their own definition of what constitutes time of despatch, a working day or transit times.
Our orders are sent as standard, with a signature required on delivery. Should Authority to Leave be required, and a safe drop spot is available, please request during the checkout when you place your order. Where Authority to Leave has been requested, responsibility for failed or unsuccessful deliveries rests with the receiver.
If you need your order before a specific time or date and after all you might be unsure about an item arriving in time please contact us or leave a note at the checkout process so we can clearly see when the order is required for. We promise you to do our best to get your order out to you as fast as possible. We used to live in Germany and we are used to getting our packages within 2 days - the conditions in Australia are quite different, but we know that it is one of the key factors for your customer experience and satisfaction to you get your items as fast as possible.
Gift cards are not a physical product and are sent via email. Gift card purchases do not count towards the $150 free shipping.

- Express Shipping Individual (for bigger items - we will quote you individually after you placed your order)
*Please have a look at the delivery speeds & coverage based on where you are located because‚ next day parcel delivery doesn’t always mean next day. In some cases, express shipping may take up to 5 business days in rural regions.

Ordering from Overseas
We offer the possibility to order from all over the world, with shipping to Australia. Do your relatives, friends or family live in Australia? Perfect! We currently offer international shipping for selected countries (*some restrictions apply):

International orders will be shipped and dispatched via Australia Post. Rates are calculated during checkout based on weight. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note that tracking does not always update accordingly. If you have a specific question of where your parcel is at the moment please enquire with the courier.
Estimated transit time for international shipping is 9-20 business days. Based on our experience and depending on where you are located transit times can vary a lot. Temporary overseas disruptions (e.g through COVID) mean deliveries may take longer than usual.
Large or heavy items being delivered to addresses outside of the Australia may be subject to higher courier fees not calculated correctly during checkout. If this should be the case our customer service team will then contact you to see if you wish to proceed with your order.
Please note that the receiver of the parcel is responsible for any duties, taxes and import charges that may incur. If unclaimed and the parcel is being returned to sender we are not able to refund paid shipping fees.
* Due to distribution restrictions we are unable to send Grimm's, Grapat, Ostheimer Wooden Toys, Stockmar, Mercurius and certain other brands to addresses outside of Australia. Some other items may also not qualify for international shipping due to their measurements or weight. If you receive an error message during checkout, check and remove items from your cart to complete your order. If you have any questions, or are unable to identify the restricted items, please be in touch us.
If you nominate a different delivery address to your billing address then it will be sent without an invoice so the recipient does not know how much the present or item was. You will receive the invoice by email, as well as a confirmation of your order. To help our warehouse team ensure your gift is treated as such, please add GIFT in the comment box during the checkout process.

Items Lost in Transit
We will do everything that is reasonably possible to ensure your order arrives with you safely. Please note, although we take every precaution and work only with reputable delivery services, responsibility and ownership of your order transfers from us when the delivery service picks up your order from our warehouse. Should a parcel go missing, please contact us and we will help you liaise with the delivery service, and work with you to reach the best satisfactory outcome, under the circumstances, and within our control.
