Domestic & International Shipping & Delivery

We are an Australian company based in Adelaide, with all orders dispatched from Adelaide. 

Our main domestic courier is Australia Post, with signature required on delivery.

International shipping is available to selected countries (New Zealand; United States; Canada, Dubai, United Kingdom, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan & South Korea), using Australia Post. Some brands and products are unavailable for overseas shipping.

We work hard to dispatch all orders received by 1pm, on the same or next available business day. In peak periods, orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.

If your order contains Pre-Order items, your order will be shipped together when all stock is available.

Domestic Shipping 

  • FREE POSTAGE, Standard Delivery, Orders over $200* (domestic orders)
  • $10 Flat Rate Postage, Standard Delivery, Orders less than $200 (domestic orders)
  • $20 Express Shipping, Standard Dispatch* (up to 5kg)
  • $25 Express Shipping + Priority Dispatch* (up to 5kg)
  • Express Shipping Quoted (for larger items - we will quote you individually after you have placed your order)

    Although the majority of our orders are sent with Australia Post, depending on the area you live and size or your order, we may use our experience to select a different courier. You will be sent a confirmation email with tracking number and tracking details, when your parcel is dispatched. 

    Estimated delivery times may vary based on where you live, busy seasons and more frequently weather related incidents. While we do everything we can to dispatch your order quickly, delivery times are estimates only and outside of our control. 

    signature is required on all our deliveries, unless you specifically give us an Authority to Leave at checkout. If you give Authority to Leave, couriers may still overwrite this, if they do not deem a safe drop spot is available. Where Authority to Leave has been requested, responsibility for failed, unsuccessful deliveries or failed delivery charges rests with the receiver.

    * Gift card purchases are emailed and do not count towards the free shipping threshold
    * Signature is required on delivery for ALL orders (Authority to Leave is available on request) 
    * Needing Express Delivery or your parcel by a particular day? Please look at the delivery speeds & coverage based on where you are located. Note next day parcel delivery doesn’t always mean next day. In some cases, express shipping may take up to 5 business days in rural regions.

    Ordering from Overseas or even within Australia as a Gift?

    We offer the possibility to order from all over the world, with shipping to Australia. Do your relatives, friends or family live in Australia? Perfect! Simply place your order, and get your gift delivered straight to their door. If you need help we are happy to assist, and to make selecting the perfect gift easier, check out our Gift Guide

    If you nominate a different delivery address to your billing address then it will be sent without an invoice so the recipient does not know how much the present or item was. You will receive the invoice by email, as well as a confirmation of your order.

    To help our warehouse team ensure your gift is treated as such, please  add GIFT in the comment box during the checkout process.

    International Shipping 

    We currently offer international shipping for selected countries (*some restrictions apply):

    International orders will be shipped and dispatched via Australia Post. Rates are calculated during checkout based on weight. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note that tracking does not always update accordingly. If you have a specific question of where your parcel is at the moment please enquire with the courier.

    Estimated transit time for international shipping is 9-20 business days. Based on our experience and depending on where you are located transit times can vary a lot. Temporary overseas disruptions (e.g through COVID) mean deliveries may take longer than usual.

    Large or heavy items being delivered to addresses outside of the Australia may be subject to higher courier fees not calculated correctly during checkout. If this should be the case our customer service team will then contact you to see if you wish to proceed with your order. 

    Please note that the receiver of the parcel is responsible for any duties, taxes and import charges that may incur. If unclaimed and the parcel is being returned to sender we are not able to refund paid shipping fees.

    * Due to distribution restrictions we are unable to send Grimm's, StockmarMercurius and certain other brands to addresses outside of Australia.

    * Some other items may also not qualify for international shipping due to their measurements or weight. If you receive an error message during checkout, check and remove items from your cart to complete your order.

    Items Lost in Transit

    We will do everything that is reasonably possible to ensure your order arrives with you safely. Please note, although we take every precaution and work only with reputable delivery services, responsibility and ownership of your order transfers from us when the delivery service picks up your order from our warehouse. Should a parcel go missing, please contact us and we will help you liaise with the delivery service, and work with you to reach the best satisfactory outcome, under the circumstances, and within our control.
