We are an Australian company based in Adelaide. The vast majority of all domestic orders are dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse via Australia Post.
We currently provide international shipping to selected countries (New Zealand; United States; Canada, Singapore & South Korea) using Australia Post.
We work hard to dispatch all orders on the same business day providing they are placed before 1 pm. In peak periods orders may take up to 2 business days to dispatch.

- Free postage for domestic orders over $200
- Flat rate postage $10 for domestic orders less than $200
Shipping for MOOV Baby items
Please note that all items from MOOV Baby are 'made to order' and are not being shipped directly from Oskar's Wooden Ark and therefore can't qualify for free shipping or for free shipping in combination with other products. Local pick up is not an option for the Moov Baby range. Please note that orders are currently taking 10 business days to be dispatched Thereafter, delivery time is dependent on your location for delivery. We are only able to use a courier to deliver due to the large size of the items so cannot guarantee delivery times. Depending on the size of the products freight will automatically be calculated during checkout.
Small = 15 AUD
Medium = 25 AUD
Sets or multiple items = 40 AUD
We are sorry but MOOV Baby items can not shipped internationally due to their size and weight.
Combining several MOOV Baby items:
You will be charged shipping for each MOOV Baby item separately. If you combine multiple MOOV Baby items (for example a Folding Triangle with a Kitchen Helper) you will get charged 2x 25 AUD = 50 AUD shipping. In this case we will refund you the difference of 10 AUD after you placed your order as shipping for MOOV Baby items is never more than 40 AUD.
Combining other items from Oskar's Wooden Ark with your MOOV Baby order:
It is perfectly fine to combine other items from our store with our MOOV Baby range. Please be aware that if the order value of other items is below our free shipping amount of 200 AUD we will contact you after you placed your order to charge 10 AUD for standard shipping.
Shipping of several MOOV Baby items
Several MOOV Baby items from your order are usually dispatched on the same day but sent as separate boxes because of the varying dimensions and the weight of the products. Couriers sometimes split packages, and it does happen from time to time that they aren't delivered at the same time. If this is the case they are usually delivered a day or two later.
Depending on the area you live we will use different couriers based on our experience for our deliveries. When your parcel is dispatched you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Once despatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note, that estimated delivery times can vary based on where you live and particularly over peak seasons ie Christmas. Each of our carriers has their own definition of what constitutes time of despatch, a working day or transit times. Most of our orders have an automatic signature on delivery assigned.
If you need your order before a specific time or date and after all you might be unsure about an item arriving in time please contact us or leave a note at the checkout process so we can clearly see when the order is required for. We promise you to do our best to get your order out to you as fast as possible. We used to live in Germany and we are used to getting our packages within 2 days - the conditions in Australia are quite different, but we know that it is one of the key factors for your customer experience and satisfaction to you get your items as fast as possible.
Gift cards are not a physical product and are sent via email. The gift card amount does not count towards the $200 free shipping, if other items are purchased at the same time.

International Shipping Policy

International orders will be shipped and dispatched via Australia Post. Rates are calculated during checkout based on weight. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon your order is fulfilled. Please note that tracking does not always update accordingly. If you have a specific question of where your parcel is at the moment please enquire with the courier.
Estimated transit time for international shipping is 9-20 business days. Based on our experience and depending on where you are located transit times can vary a lot. Temporary overseas disruptions (e.g through COVID) mean deliveries may take longer than usual.
Large or heavy items being delivered to addresses outside of the Australia may be subject to higher courier fees not calculated correctly during checkout. If this should be the case our customer service team will then contact you to see if you wish to proceed with your order.
Please note that the receiver of the parcel is responsible for any duties, taxes and import charges that may incur. If unclaimed and the parcel is being returned to sender we are not able to refund paid shipping fees.
Due to distribution restrictions we are unable to send Grimm's, Grapat, and Ostheimer Wooden Toys to addresses outside of Australia. Some other items may also not qualify for international shipping due to their measurements or weight. If you receive an error message during checkout try to remove the items from your cart to complete your order. If you have any questions in regards to international shipping you can also contact us.
If you nominate a different delivery address to your billing address then it will be sent without an invoice so the recipient does not know how much the present or item was. In this case the invoice will be send to you by email. Please also add GIFT in the comment box during the checkout process.
