Discount codes may have limitations or exclusions:

• Generally tied to your email address and can only be used once
• Cannot be combined with other codes, discounts, sale items or promos
• Cannot be used with Laybys
• Some brands are excluded, including Stapelstein and Grimm's

• LAYBY instalment plan

Layby is a service we offer, to enable you to secure stock by paying a 20% deposit, with the remainder payable over 4 months. Your order is shipped once fully paid. For more info, visit out Layby Page.

You can return any products you have purchased from Oskar's Wooden Ark as long as they are un-opened, in the original packaging and within 30-days from the date we shipped your order.

When we receive your return, if it meets our return policy, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Refund will be for the item only and excludes any shipping. If the item was originally shipped as part of a Free Freight offer, and the return would invalidate the original offer, the refund will be reduced by the amount of the freight that would have been payable.

Please include the following with your return:

• Your Name
• Your Order Number
• Date of Your Order
• Details of the Item(s) you are returning
• Reason for your Return (this helps us to improve our product descriptions and processes)

More Information:

• Postage is customer's responsibility and Oskar's Wooden Ark can take no responsibility for returns lost in transit. We suggest you choose a trackable service when returning any items
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund is for the amount paid for the item returned only, and excludes any shipping costs incurred by Oskar's Wooden Ark for the original order
• Sale Items, Clearance Items, Seconds and items purchased through Layby are excluded from our 30-Day Easy Return Policy
• We reserve the right to use our reasonable discretion when accessing returns and limit if necessary
• Please allow up to 5 working days once your item has arrived in our warehouse, for your return to be processed

Our team works hard to minimise errors and we stand behind the products we supply. We also know mistakes do happen and understand not all products will arrive perfect!

For this reason, we personally address all issues falling outside our standard 30-Day Easy Return Policy. Please be in touch with our team and we will work together to resolve your query.

Please check your orders carefully when they arrive, and report any discrepancies or damages within 7 days of receiving your order. All purchases are covered by the ACCC guidelines, in respect to warranties and returns.

Using an onforwarder or freight forwarding service? If your order is sent to an address that is not your own and is then passed on elsewhere on your behalf - whether within Australia or overseas - our responsibility ends once it's delivered to the original address on your order. Please ensure your order is checked carefully as soon as it arrives at the original address, and report any damage or missing items within 7 days of that arrival, including photos. We're not able to assist with claims raised after an order has already been passed on to a further destination.
