My daughter and I were so disappointed with these textas. They are too sharp making them no good for colouring in. I contacted Oskar's Wooden Ark expressing our disappointment and did not hear back from them.

Initially, after seeing your message our customer care team checked the stock on hand and have found no fault with the product. They have contacted you with a request for clarification so we can better understand the issue, but you did not reply.
