The Standard 32 is the best starting point for most families - it has 32 cubes and 5 marbles, enough to build both surface tracks and your first hidden tunnels.
If you have a younger builder (around age 4), the Cuboro Junior range uses the same cube system with simpler, more colourful pieces designed for smaller hands.
Either way, every Cuboro set is compatible, so you can grow the collection over time rather than buying everything at once.
Each cube measures about 5cm, so the system has a consistent scale across the whole range - a cube from a starter set will always line up with a cube from an extension set.
Cuboro is also designed to connect with other systems, including Grimm's rainbows and blocks, so it's worth checking piece dimensions before mixing brands.
The glass marbles are 1.7cm, which is also the size to match if you want to top up with Billes & Co glass marbles.
Yes - this is really the point of the system. Every Cuboro cube uses the same connection logic, so extension sets simply add more pieces, more height, and more complex tunnel options to whatever you already have.
There's no need to buy a whole new set just to expand; a single add-on box of cubes can open up entirely new build possibilities.
