Shipping policy
Standard orders are shipping within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Pre-orders ship when all items are available, Laybys ship once fully paid.
You can check your order status, including tracking details, in our Customer Hub (chat box bottom right corner of your screen).

Free shipping in Australia for orders over $220
Standard dispatch in less than 24 hours
Express Shipping, Priority Dispatch, and Local Adelaide Pickup available
International shipping to NZ, Canada, Singapore, US, and South Korea (some products excluded). (For US shipping applicable tariffs and duties will be added and on-charged at checkout)
Australian orders are shipped by default with Signature on Delivery. If preferred, and safe to do so, Authority to Leave can be requested during checkout.
If your order contains Pre-Order items, your order will be shipped together when all stock is available.
LAYBYS: Free Australian shipping on all laybys. If shipping charges appear at checkout, they will be credited when we send your final invoice.
