So, hello and welcome to Oskar's Wooden Ark. My name is Simon and I was born in the 80’s in Germany 🇩🇪. I have a love for handmade wooden toys 🌳 because of my parents. My Mum is a kindergarten teacher and she always made sure my younger brother and I grew up playing with many different wooden toys as she also has a love for all things handmade and traditional. In 2017, me, my Australian wife Thuy and our little son Oskar moved all the way to Australia 🇦🇺.

We recently created and presented an interactive and engaging school workshop - Play the Planet-Friendly Way! - designed to introduce children to the concept of sustainability through something they all love - toys!
