Grimm's Counting Rainbow Large from Oskar's Wooden Ark allows children to discover more about the abstract world of numbers in many different ways by playing and using their different senses. They can make sense of what belongs together and thereby discover the world of numbers for themselves.

These are not traditional educational toys or materials that are precise and guide toward one correct answer. None of the products has numbers or fractions since the primary intention is to provide materials that stimulate free play in various ways. There are endless ways to discover the abstract world of numbers by using different senses.

This is an absolutely versatile toy. It could be used to build houses, tunnels, cradles for dolls, fences for animals, bridges for vehicles, and so much more!

Grimm's world-famous Tunnels and Rainbows are available in different colours and sizes at Oskar's Wooden Ark. To provide a better overview, we have listed them here for you: "Grimm's Rainbow World by Oskar's Wooden Ark".

The Grimm's Rainbow is one of the first items we sold at Oskar's Wooden Ark and it is the inspiration behind the rainbow in our logo.

But what exactly is a Grimm's Rainbow? Is it really worth the money? What age group is the Grimm's Rainbow suitable for? How do I play with it?

These and many more questions will be answered in "The Ultimate Rainbow Play Guide: How to Play with a Grimm's Rainbow".

Grimm's Tunnels and Rainbows are by far, the most open-ended set of toys, offering endless possibilities. Not to mention, each set is a guaranteed eye-catcher in every playroom and kid's bedroom, that will last for generations.

Amazing for child-led imaginative play

After eyeing off Grimm’s rainbows and blocks for a while I finally decided to make the investment in the Grimms counting rainbow in the recent OWA birthday sale and I’m not disappointed! My 3-year-old absolutely loves it and what’s most interesting to me is the way she plays with it in unexpected ways (one of the ways she uses the bigger rainbow pieces is as baby bassinets to “rock” her babies to sleep in them - the babies being Duplo animals and their blankets are our play-silks!) So in terms of being a great item for child-led play, I can’t recommend the Grimm’s rainbows enough. Thank you OWA!

Very vibrant, sturdy and a good addition to our shelf Cannot wait to see the kids grow with them

Beautifully finished!

Given as a gift to go along with more of the Grimm's range it makes a great display piece. I am also pretty sure the 'adults' played with it more than the kids so far!
