Grimm's Large Stepped Pyramid from Oskar's Wooden Ark is one of the most outstanding and open-ended toys Grimm's has to offer.

It allows children can build magical palaces, castles, beautiful cities, towers and landscapes - perfect for small-world play.

In combination with Grimm's classic building materials like the Wooden Marbles, the small stepped pyramid, the Building Boards and the Building Set Cornerstones, the Grimm's Large Stepped Pyramid reveal its true greatness. With their aid, the most diverse marble runs can arise.

We have added two examples (see photos) of how to build your own marble run made of Grimm's Wooden Toys. It can take some experimenting until the step height matches the ball size and the optimal distance between the cornerstones is found. Tricky building and construction for adults and playing fun even for the little ones. If everyone works together, great things can happen.

The unicorn of the blocks world

“Blocks are blocks”, some may argue. But to me, not all blocks are created equal. There are so many options in the market from various price points. So why Grimm’s LSP? For me, it ticks all the boxes for being a set of good quality blocks, plus they’re an ethical brand.

We love the chunky blocks in various lengths and the beautiful vibrant colors. This building set is as open-ended as can be because both young and old can get equal enjoyment out of it and it will be loved for years to come. Definitely well-worth the investment!

This is the It !

We have some amazing resources from Grimms, however if any one can’t decide what to invest in first This Is It, I believe it has potential to become The best selling Grimms resource. It ticks every box and hasn’t been back in its box since we introduced it.

No child can walk past the pyramid without interacting with it on some level.

5 stars arent enough for The large Pyramid I’m looking forward to observing the children’s imaginations interact with the Pyramid for years to come❤️

The wonderful LSP

We were lucky enough to score this beauty from OWA and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Absolutely lives up to our expectations and more! Perfect set to start wooden collection

In Victoria's lockdowns for Covid I discovered wooden toys and the LSP was our first purchase alongside the Grimm's Rainbow and Building Boards.

I was so lucky to be able to get this and it's brought us nothing but joy. Countless creations for my 2 & 5 year old - it's love!

The highest quality block set that all three of my children (1, 2 + 3) enjoy daily. Love the colours, that they are grippy and that the blocks are mathematically proportionate - in that a large is the same as two half blocks, and 4 squares - perfect for fractions later on!

No wonder everyone is eyeing for this! It really is a very versatile toy- my 1 year old loves to bang with it, my 3 years old like to use it for pretend play and I like to build with it!
