Our water-based lacquer provides a water-proof coating to our paint jar holders. We have had many years experience and know just how wet our paint jar holders can get! A lacquer as opposed to an oil is our preferred solution to guarantee long-lasting protection, and being water-based allows for deep penetration into the wood.
