Works with thick crayons

I have the Honeysticks crayons. They are chubby and could not find any sharpener that was big enough. I bought this one and it has not disappointed! It works beautifully. I now want to get more LYRA pencils to use with it...as the crayons are on their final leg with my colourful toddler! The only downside to this sharpener is that it took me a little bit to understand how to open it...and when I did: all the content came out and went all over me and the floor :) Well, I laughed!!!

This is an essential item if you are purchasing the triple groove lyra pencils. I tried many others without success as the holes are too small (even with the double barrelled ones).
