Discover the mechanics of motion! This hands-on gear experiment kit invites curious minds to explore the fascinating world of cogwheels.
Learn how gears transfer and transform speed—from fast to slow—and uncover the basic principles behind gears, chronometers, and mechanical systems.
With wooden gears, screws, and wrenches included, children can build and experiment with their own gear constructions, all while developing a deeper understanding of motion, force, and engineering.
A brilliant introduction to mechanical thinking through creative play!

WARNING/S:
- Kraul experimental kits and toys are not suitable for children under 36 months. Choking hazard due to small parts.
- Some products may include strings or wire, which can pose a strangulation risk.
- If the product includes balloons: Be mindful of latex allergies. It's best to use a pump to inflate. Dispose of burst balloons straight away to avoid choking or swallowing hazards.
- For products involving candles or fire: Always take great care — there’s a burn and fire risk, so use only with immediate adult supervision.
- Tea candle jars, mirrors, and glass parts are breakable: Please handle them with care to avoid any cuts from broken pieces.
- Magnetic experimental kits deserve special attention. They may contain small magnets and iron parts. Swallowed magnets can cause serious internal injuries—seek medical help immediately if needed. Children under 8 must always experiment with an adult present. Store all magnetic materials well out of reach of younger children.
- Some kits may include iron filings: Keep them well away from eyes. If any filings get into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and see an eye specialist immediately.

- Kraul thoughtfully designs its toys and kits to minimise risks wherever possible and to guide families about any potential hazards during play and exploration.
- Kraul toys are designed and manufactured in Germany, and they comply with the European Union's Toy Safety Directive (2009/48/EC).
- Many of Kraul's products are Spiel Gut certified. This not only speaks to their educational quality but also to the environmental friendliness of the materials.
