Bigger than you think!

This block set is beautiful. The moment you set eyes on it you want to start building. I’m so impressed with the size of the blocks. They are much bigger than I thought they were. If you are considering a building set this should be a definite contender!

One of Our Favourite Purchases to Date

I put off investing in blocks for a while because we already had "blocks" from another commercial store that were never touched and I was struggling to justify buying more. One day I just decided I needed to take the plunge and I am so glad that I did. My girls (5 and 3) have played with these blocks every single day since they arrived. They are huge and sturdy and stack so perfectly both long ways and short ways. Their beautiful puzzle formation is the ultimate invitation to play, with kids being attracted to them either by their beautiful tangible forms or by the inbuilt desire of a child to destroy. Either way they pull these blocks out as the basis for their play every time and then expand on it using the rest of the Grimms, Grapat and Ostheimer ranges. If you are contemplating investing in these blocks and wondering if the price tag is worth it - stop hesitating and add to cart. The BEST blocks you will ever see, own and play with, no exceptions. Can't wait to add another set.

First blocks

This is the first block set I have purchased for my daughter. They are so much bigger than I was imagining. As her first set of blocks they have a nice selection of shapes and sizes and the colours are bright and fun but at the same time quite natural tones. A simple and quality choice as a first purchase for any age.
