Grimm's Stepped Counting Blocks Large

This is so much bigger than I thought it would be. Wooden base will help keep it tidy at the end of play. The colours are vibrant and beautiful and can be used to build towers, roll cars or marbles down it, as well as for counting. There are just so many different ways this can be used. Also as my teacher friend pointed out all the blocks perfectly sized so not only can it be used for counting but it is going to be very useful to show fractions ie 10 small blocks = one large one ie 1/10, 2/10 etc. She has given me so many extra ways this can be used in an education setting for various ages. This is something that is going to grow and be used in so many different ways as the kids get older.

My husband and I thought about these for a very long time before purchasing. Would our kids (2&4) play with them? Would they be worth the money? Should we try and get the large pyramid? Would we regret spending so much money on blocks? The answer is NO! We don’t regret it in the slightest. They have been played with multiple times a day since we purchased them. I even found my 4yo counting each block all the way to 100 the other day without any assistance! Such a great purchase, if you’re on the fence, just do it!

Wowww!!! Those were the first words i said when i unwrapped these. First of all they are huge!! So much bigger than i expected. They are also so beautiful, the lightly stained wood allows the beautiful grain to show throughout the blocks.
These were a Christmas present for my 5yo and definitely did not dissapoint. They have been played with multiple times daily in so many different ways, they are also educational which is a huge bonus especially now that she will be starting school in the new year. Another bonus with these blocks is that even when they are scattered all over the living room they are still beautiful to look at. Packing away is also a breeze with the large tray to store them in holding them nicely. This set will be cherished for many many years.

Kids love it for building, and I can’t wait to teach them maths etc with them when they get a bit older. Quality is amazing and the colours are so bright and beautiful to look at! We absolutely love this!! So happy with this purchase!!

This is our second block set which we've bought from OWA and once again I'm so happy with my purchase. It arrived in the mail so fast and I couldn't wait for my kids to come home to have a play with it. It's been a great addition to our LSP and my son (2yo) has been using it to count and make even columns of blocks by his own initiative. I was very impressed with what a great way it is to incorporate maths into their daily play. No regrets here and highly recommend this block set.

Got to love this product. My little 2yr old’s eyes lit up when the box was unwrapped. The Grimm's Large Stepped Counting Blocks look awesome! Great dimensions, colour spectrum, shape and quality. I can totally understand why these guys have such a positive effect on little ones. Big shout out for the wood used and the colour. It’s clearly a quality product, made with a lot of care and love. No turning back
