25 Easter Play, Craft and Learning Activities for Kids

Easter is a special time of the year that excites us all - filled with vibrant colours, fluffy bunnies, and most importantly - chocolate! It's also a wonderful time of year to partake in some Easter-inspired play, craft and learning activities with your children. In this post, we have 25 egg-cellent ideas for you and your little ones to try at home this Easter!

1. DIY Easter Tic Tac Toe
Decorate some pebbles with your Kitpas Art Crayons before drawing up a Tic Tac Toe board on some scrap paper or cardboard. Grab a friend and you're good to go!
Helpful Hint: Spray some hairspray over your finished design to avoid smudging.
2. Egg Shell Rainbow Painting
Create an impressive and colourful artwork using egg shells. Simply, break up your egg shells, then use glue to secure the remnants on a piece of cardboard in your desired shape - Jen picked a rainbow of course! 3. Invitation to Create and Decorate Easter Eggs with Loose Parts
As we know, the ways to incorporate loose parts into play time is truly endless and Easter-themed play is no exception. Just take a look at some of the ideas below on how you can create your own Easter eggs using Grapat Loose Parts.

13. Build an Easter Maze
The perfect game to play as a group, or by oneself! Use your collection of building blocks to create a maze. Scatter some Grapat Eggs at various parts throughout the maze to collect along the way. Sun catchers are the perfect way to brighten up any window and are so simple to make your very own at home with everyday materials!

15. Easter Egg Salt Painting
For this crafty activity, you will need some paper, Stockmar Watercolour Paints, School Glue, salt and a pen. Have your little artist draw an Easter egg design on the paper before outlining it with the glue. Sprinkle salt over the glue and then watch them become mesmerised as they colour the salt in with their watercolour paints!

20. Wipeable Easter Eggs

Calling all shop keepers and bakers! Did you know you can make some delicious looking Hot Cross Buns with your Building Blocks and playdough or DAS Modelling Clay?
24. Rubbing Textured 2D Easter Eggs and Basket
Using some scrap paper, draw and colour in an Easter basket for your eggs. Next, place a piece of paper with your egg templates on a texture surface (such as bubble wrap or a larger piece of Lego) and then colour them in with your Kitpas Art Crayons for some unique egg designs. Cut out your Easter eggs and pile them into your basket!
